Yes, you can add the stock ones to the new wheels, and you can add aftermarket ones to the new wheels.

If you go off-road, though, I would suggest banding them in instead of using the stock locations. Those things break easily, and get expensive to keep replacing...

IMHO your best bet would be to run without your TPMS and just check your tire pressure regularly. There is really no good reason to have TPMS if your perform proper maintenance on your rig.
