I bought 4 new wheels and tires a while back and forgot it get the tpms sensors back from the stockers. I ditched the factory spare and now my tire pressure light goes off every time I get in.. So here's my question- I'm now waiting on my matching spare to arrive. When I have the tire mounted will my pressure light stop going off if I put a sensor in the spare only? Thanks in advance for your responses.

 

Probably not, may have to have it turned off at the dealer.

 

No, it has to be installed in all 4 wheels. Another option is to either get a:

Superchips Flashpac
Hypertech Max energy
AEV Procal
Etc

Any of those listed above can turn off that (_!_) showing on your dash....

 

AEV Procal is your best bet, only $150.

I just learned to ignore it. That way you save $150!
