as long as your instrumentation isn't lit up like a christmas tree, the registration/inspection shouldn't be a problem.

 

I bought the tires/wheels mounted and balanced online, so I didn't bother with transferring the TPMS over. I just shut it off with a flashpaq. Buying new ones to have installed in the 5 new wheels would have been way to expensive, and no need to unmount 10 tires (5 stock, 5 new already delivered) to get them transferred from stock to new wheels.
