Default TPMS in spare?

I noticed today on my 09 sahara that the valve stem on my spare is different than the 4 mounted wheels. The spare has what looks to be a "normal" black rubber valve stem. Is there a TPMS sensor in there? why would it be different?

I just replaced all my tires with Rubicon tires and all 5 had the TPMS in them.

If yours looks like a regular rubber valve stem, then you have no sensor mounted to the stem.
Did you buy new from the dealer? If so, they have to install a sensor in your spare.
I am surprised you don't get a TPMS warning.

Mine all look the same. I do 5 wheel rotation with mine so I'd know if I was missing one.

I assume that those who replied have 5 stems that all look the same. I definitely have an odd duck. Looks like I need to go to the dealership and hit them up for a new tpms stem. I doubt they will want to install it into an aftermarket beadlock rim.

Ahh, you know, I was wondering if you had aftermarket wheels. I didn't ask because I assumed you would know that would be the answer to your question.
The dealer is off the hook. It's up to you to pay for a new one if you want one.

If you bought the beadlocks after buying the Jeep then you may want to inquire with the company that installed the tires. They should have taken the sensor out of the spare.
