I concur with the TeraFlex recommendation - trust me, it's the beefiest, strongest trackbar on the market. Once you get it in your hands you'll thank us.

Does JKS know about this, or is this user error. I do not see how this would break. I cant imagine that a JKS track bar would break just driving down the road, I call BS on that.

Missed one..... Pro Comp. This is another good route, especially since today and tomorrow they are 25% off.

The Front adjustable track bar is made of 4130 chromoly tubing and features an aircraft quality high angle rod end to allow maximum articulation.

I have personal experience on this one. I had a Rusty's Off Road track bar snap clean in half where the adjustment screws into the track bar at the end link. I nearly rolled my Jeep. I lost almost all steering ability and narrowly missed a terrible accident with my 4 year old in the Jeep. I was on a gravel road and hit a drainage dip (50mph), not even a big one but I was going fast enough to bottom the front suspension. The bar split clean in half, the Jeep veered to the left hard, I tried to correct but it felt like no steering. I had to turn the wheel a full turn, then It jerked to the right and I almost launched off a cliff. I stopped facing the drop off on the right side of the road only a couple feet away.

Rusty's sent me a new one for free and postage paid UPS to ship the snapped one back.

THIS IS WHY YOU GET A TERAFLEX...THEY ARE STRONGER, AND ADJUST IN THE MIDDLE, NOT AT THE END WITH A SCREW IN JOINT THAT CAN SNAP OFF.

I would NEVER EVER buy another track bar that has the adjustment on the end that screws in and out. It nearly killed me and my 4-year old son.

I think JKS makes great stuff. I actually think Rusty's is great quality for the price as well. I am simply saying, my track bar snapped where the threaded adjustable link screws into the track bar...thats it...and it did it at 50+ mph on a gravel dirt road with a good 200 foot drop next to me. It almost killed me, but more important my little boy. It snapped clean in half. I would bet if you check Rusty's web site, his is made just like the JKS and many other brands.

I am simply giving you all my preference. I like the SLEEVE that threads at the center onto both sides. The sleeve better controls the torque on the bar being in the center and overlapping the bar. The sleeve is thick.

On top of that, the Teraflex is MUCH easier to adjust.

I have the pictures to show, lots of them, but I cant figure out how to put the picture in the thread. I am going to try to look it up, I want you all to see this. If I can't, I can email them to someone so they can post them.
