My suggestion is since you got the adjustable coming then get rid of all the brackets and braces and just run the stock locations. They are plenty strong for most of us (takes ALOT of abuse to damage them) an with the adjustability of the JKS bars they will fit right in. I am running the JKS adj. bars myself and am not using any brackets or braces.

honestly, pull that track bar relocation bracket off and leave it off. with or without the beefed up jks mount, that bracket will still act as a lever and work your mount hard. being that you are getting the adjustable track bar, it really is all you need in the rear.

thanks... i would think you would need the brackets to keep the track bar more level and so it doesn't rub... but i don't know since i haven't installed them

Your thinking is correct, you want the trackbar to be as close to parralel to the axle/draglink as possible. But you have to consider the aplication and use you are intending for it. If your JK were a drag vehicle or a road course care then sure, build a taller bracket, beef it up and go for it. But when you consider the suspension movement your JK goes thru off road, or even on road for that matter, the slight angle change is a small cost for the stregth you keep by sticking to the stock bracket. If anything I would say to bust out the mig and finnish welding the front and rear axle side trackbar brackets where the factory left off.

So my lift is going on soon and I plan on running a rear track bar brace and welded on bracket, should I get an adjustable rear track bar as well?

Or

Should I just hold off and use the stock track bar for now (with the bracket and the brace)...I mean my money is kind of tight after finally buying tires...

my tires have been wearing funny i think its from my axles not being centered... my front is 1/2" off and my rear is 1" off... I have been riding 25,000 in my tires... and i am gonna have to buy new ones soon because they wore funny.. so i decided to get the track bars... if your axle hasn't shifted much i wouldn't bother but check it... that's my opinion...
