Default trackbar adjustment or what is needed here

Just went to change my oil and found this. The sway bar link is touching on one side at full droop.

I know this isn't a trackbar type answer, but shouldn't they be mounted on the inside of the frame instead? I've seen others done that way.

This.

At least the pic in the instructions for that lift on their website shows the rear links being on the inside...

If that still isn't enough room, then make sure the axle is centered, and if that doesn't work, get ya some new rims with less backspace, and if that's too much money, then just disconnect?

What backspacing do your wheels have? You need either 1.5" wheel spacers on stock wheels or aftermarket wheels with 4.5" or less backspacing to run those larger tires with a lift. How long have you been running this setup? This is definitely not a safe situation.

Default re:

This is how mine sits, teraflex/ome 2"lift
Lots of room both ends, passenger side in the pic..

If you do reverse them as mine are, just check the top is clear of the frame when on the ground, in your pic it looks like it could be close....(head of the top bolt facing the frame,,,(sway bar centered?)

And don't mind the rust, I live in the north

You can just take the sway bar off. You'll flex a little better and honestly don't even realize on the road. It's not nearly as drastic as disconnecting front. I have mine off
