If they torqued that trackbar to 125 ft lbs while it was sitting on the ground. No way it should be wiggled by hand, unless the bushing crapped out. TF leveling kits haven't been out that long, K9, how many miles you got on that kit?

About 20 miles. Problems have persisted since Mondays install. So nothing worked itself loose. They just didn't bother tightening it. And I still don't know why you'd need to loosen it to put on spacers....

I would not let that shop touch your Jeep again, whatever you do.

It makes it alot easier to drop the axle by undoing the track bar at the axle. Although people have done them without unbolting them. Sway bar links, shocks and track bars frt and rear were the only bolts they had to mess with. Not that many to remember, and to forget the track bar is totally assinine.

No matter who fixes it, I would inspect the bolt holes. Luckily you noticed it after only 20 miles, so it should be fine. I would still check it tho,

Are you sure that they did an alignment on your Jeep after installing the spacers. The reason I ask is that there is no reason for them to do an alignment if all they did is install spacers (from what I have read on this forum). Did they charge you an additional fee for that? If so, along with the other problems you cited, they took advantage of you.

Yes, an alignment was done and it is necessary with spacers. It's body lifts that you don't need an alignment for.

I am not sure where you get your information, however, it is absolutely not necessary to have an alignment done after a spacer lift. I know the difference between a body lift and a suspension lift. Something as minimal as a spacer lift will have no effect on your alignment, but rather on the positioning of your axle. It will shift the axle (to the right in the rear and the left in the front) to which you need an adjustable track bar, or drop down bracket to correct, however, unless they adjusted your control arms, the alignment was not necessary.

The track bar ends need to be tightened to 125 ft lbs. Use a torque wrench for this with an extension.

Also, tell me something... What kind of jokes did you tell to get your track bar to giggle so much?
if you use a extension on a torque wrench it changes the amount of force you are applying. I troqued my just fine with no extension.

If you're talking a 3/4 inch spacer, then I understand where you're coming from. But we're talking a 2 inch spacer here. I'm willing to bet that just about anything lifted 2 inches will be out of alignment (maybe not completely), but some aspect of your alignment will be thrown off....
