I'm in phx and I don't think that list of mods is going to do you any good at the dealer. The only thing they'll be interested in is maybe the lift and tires. When I bought my Jeep they literally couldn't keep them on the lot so your negotiating power might be pretty minimal too. On the upside the bumpers, Viair, chip and driving lights are maybe 3 hrs of wrenching to take off and go back to stock so I don't know why you'd want to include them anyway. Heck, I've got my complete stock suspension boxed up in my garage, I'll help you put it on in trade for those shiny LOD bumpers, they're worthless to the dealer anyway right?
