Trailmaster 3" lift? Anyone have an opinion on it?
I am going to be doing about 80% on road so I was looking for a decent ride and the ability to hit the trails if I wish. Talking to my guy here he said that I need not worry about the sag as I have the 2011 Rubicon and apparently they installed better factory springs? I am very green/new to the jeep world so you will have to excuse my ignorance. But I am learning fast. I believe I am going to pick it up this week. I like the price and was told the warranty is second to none?? Is there anything else that someone would think that I may need?
Thanks , J

I've also got the 4.5" lift, but some of the components on my lift are the same as on this spacer kit. The adjustable track bar and rear track bar bracket are the same and the front bump stops look to be the same also; probably cut from the same stock, just a little shorter. The picture doesn't do justice to the parts, I can definitely vouch for the quality and sturdiness. Additionally, the customer service is first rate.
The Rubicon springs are better than the standard Sport or Sahara springs. I've read where people have switched out to Rubicon springs and gained about an inch. So this is a great kit to start out with if you want to keep your stock springs.
About the only thing you may want to consider is brake line brackets. I had a 2.5" spacer lift and didn't need brackets, but can't say for sure on a 3" spacer. You can find brackets for around $50 or make your own with some steel flat bar. I'm sure you can find a few examples on the forum from people that have done this. Also, if you ever did want to upgrade, you could keep all of the components and just replace the spacers with new coils.
