Default Transfer case clank

Just had my gears done and I have a slight clank or rattle coming from the T case area. I have to take it back at 500 miles to get serviced but in the mean time wanted to figure put what this noise is. I can hear real we'll when I'm driving next to a car or a wall. It only does it when it's in drive and in motion. Any info will help

Does it happen to get louder at higher RPMs?

It does get a little louder when under a load then quiets down as the rpms lower.
