I will try for a synergy. However, my pockets are saving for a upcoming move to the southern US in October. with that being said I will use anti-sieze on every bolt and thread wherever I go until death do us part... lol

I guess I could give that a shot before dropping $ on a new one. Think it will budge with the small threads being striped on the adjuster?

The pipe wrench and BFH worked didn't even use the heat! Thanks for the help everyone!
