I'm for the factory soft top, though the Bestop one looks great. You get just a bit more room with the OEM top and that's nice for having kids, dog, etc in the Jeep with me.

I went with the factory soft top. I started with a hard top, then bought a bestop safari top and it sucked. I bought a new factory soft top from somebody and I love it. I was really impressed with how stout it is. Well engineered and surprisingly quiet. Never leaks. Easy to put up/down.

I can't speak for the trektop, but I'm so happy with the factory soft top, I don't want one. I'm even considering selling my hard top.

I had a soft top which I hated on my 07 4Door. I love the trektop NX, no leaks, looks great and really like the cable system. My cons are window storage, can't roll up back window, and door surrounds need to stay in place. Plus I miss having the top completely off.

I'm on the fence. I know I do not want an older style OEM top but if it has the cable maybe.
