Trektop nx
I love my Trektop NX. It was a tight fit putting on the first time, but I'd rather it be snug and tight than loose and flapping in the wind.
I chose to replace the tailgate bar, but the one that comes with it works fine. I just think the OEM one is better.
I look for ways to improve everything, so please don't misinterpret my mods as complaints. This is a well-built product that deserves high praise. I would buy one again if I ever bought another Jeep.

The safari top is just a $200 joke to keep the sun at bay that looks like the staypuft marshmellow man going down the street, and a kiddie pool parked in a rainshower, as is EVERY NX top I've seen on the road or IN A POST. But go ahead and prove me wrong and POST A PIC OF YOUR PERFECT NX OR AND BESTOP PRODUCT FOR THAT MATTER..
Like I said, if the NX came w/a way to open the back window better/faster than OEM, was sold at cost, not $750, WITH THE 3 PIECE oem GATE BAR - WHICH SOUNDS MANDATORY, I might think about PUTTING UP WITH A CRAPPY FIT comparesd the the OEM softtop.
I'm sure people being ok w/overpriced sub-par tops is the reason bestop sees no reason to make a quality product.
The customer is always right!

All weigh in with others who love the Nx.
I had the OE top.
Fussing with the Sunrider started to be a PITA. Fold it back, tuck this side, run around to the other side tuck that under, flatten it out... The Nx.. give me ten seconds. Flip the header latches and flip it back. I do it a red light with time to spare.
The OE top's rear sail panels are exactly that.. sails. Take all the windows out and the rear panels will, eventually, go flapping in the wind. Nx has no sail panels. And, if you leave the hard plastic corners out of the Nx top, the windows roll up nice and neat too.
Same goes for dropping the OE top all the way. Fold, stuff, slot A into fold B, keep your fingers out of the bars as the go back, cram the sail panels in and then deal with the lump 'o canvas in the back. Nx comes off in two minutes. Roll it up and call it a day.
As far as the tailgate bar.. I had a the OE bar and then scored an extra one so my Bestop bar is still in the plastic.
I also did some mods to the roll bar so the Bestop stretcher has someplace to store easily.
Zero complaints at this point.
Like others, I had some challenges getting it installed but it's worth it for the flexibility, simplicity and good looks. I love how the rear window is stretched and looks like glass. And the taper in the side windows when viewed from the back of the rig.. looks bad-ass if you ask me.
