Default Trektop nx leaking, do I have this right?

Just installed this top new on my 10 JK 4 dr. Did a little test with a hose and found it leaking here a little on both sides. I've been researching the forum but haven't found a direct answer yet. Do I have this installed correctly or any suggestions?
Thanks, it's supposed to rain here the next few days....

I would try snugging up the window after it sits in the sun awhile. There will still be a slight gap there by the screw. I haven't had an issue with mine leaking there.

Thank you. I opened it back up and resealed it. I guess I'll see if that works. It's on both sides in the same spot so in hoping it's "fixable".

I'm glad to see someone else having a problem with this top. Everyone think its great and have no problems with it. Mine also has the gaps and looks like it might leak. Did you have any problems with the rear window channel? I can get both clipped.. maybe its a new jersey thing.

What's the rear window channel? Is it the vertical/horizontal/angled piece?

The channel at the bottom of the rear window. It's a pain in the ass to unclip and now its seems to be stretched out on one side and I can't get it clipped without fighting with it.

If I kept the bar that came with the kit, I had an inch gap even with 90+ and sun. I had an old soft top and stripped the bar and 2 clips out of the rear window and it sealed up nicely instantly. I don't know if 110+ degrees would make the original bar seal up.
I have to figure out the problem at the top of the "c" pillar. I found the water coming in from the inside of the door surround.

it looks like it has to be pulled down some in that area, window looks to high, I had a similiar issue with my super top re adjusted it by putting that end in first then worked the zipper & velcrow while making sure it stayed in place, then did the bottom last. now it sealed up, hope this helps

I had this problem and I fixed it with some adhesive weather stripping from home depot. It's squishy foam, and I stuck it to the plastic pillar just behind where the soft top corner is. I also put some of it on the plastic trim piece while it was folded, the straightened out the trim piece, compressing the foam and creating a better seal.

On a side note, I had to get a warranty-replaced corner panel, and the new piece has a rubber weather seal sewn into the top that does a good job of sealing out the water. Apparently, bestop realized the problem and created a fix (I also heard that the newer trek tops come with a factory style tailgate bar?). Perhaps you could complain to wherever you bought it and get two new panels?
