On a side note, I had to get a warranty-replaced corner panel, and the new piece has a rubber weather seal sewn into the top that does a good job of sealing out the water. Apparently, bestop realized the problem and created a fix (I also heard that the newer trek tops come with a factory style tailgate bar?). Perhaps you could complain to wherever you bought it and get two new panels?
Thank you. Mine already has a piece of rubber weatherstripping sewn in. I'm not sure if I have it "bending" the right way. I'll run out and try some weatherstripping. It leaked last night again after some readjustments.
I know when I installed the roof there was a good deal of adjustment to the brackets in that area, any chance that could be a source of remedy?

It's fine, all trek tops have that. Yes it leaked when sprayed with a hose because of direction of spray. Just tighten it everywhere and call it good. It is normal. My top is the exact same w/ no leaks except when she gets a bath.

It rained today and it leaked again in the same location on both sides.
