If you do I am interested to hear what they have to say...
The wrinkles are caused by not aligning the fold when you fasten the velcro. Pull it off, pull it straight and make sure the hook and loop strips are aligned after you wrap it around the door surrounds.
Hello all,
I just put my Trektop on my 2-door yesterday, and I'm letting it bake in the 95 degree weather here on Long Island. I am planning on taking it down fully on Saturday for a beach trip. I'll have a couple extra hands with me to reattach it, just incase it still fights me a little bit. Just 2 quick questions for you all:
1) I've heard that if you roll back the sunroof part, you need to detach the rear window in order to reattach the header. Is that true?
2) Did anyone else with a 2 door have to remove the rear headrests to fit under the rear window? I could've left them in, but then there would have been two bumps in the rear window.
It seems like I put it on as correctly as possible, and I'm sure that it will be easier to put it on/off as time goes on.
P.S. Widewing, your Jeep looks great. Looking at your pictures is actually what convinced me to get the Trektop, and not the Trektop NX. Since you're in Terryville, do you hit the South Shore at all?

Jeep looks great!! Love the Rescue Green. Looks like you're parked at a fire house, and then I noticed the emblem on your license plate. What department are you in, in Texas??
