Trektop Removal
I'm going to be buying a soft top for 2dr with my tax return and am wondering how hard it is to take the trektop on and off the jeep. I love the open air feel, but NY summer weather normally doesn't allow for long streches of topless weather so I don't want it to be an ordeal to take on and off every time. If its that much trouble, i'll buy the supertop, but if i can save the cash and get a trektop, i can order more toys.
I bought my Trektop shortly after they came out and I really enjoy mine. I'd say it takes me about 10min to take the top off and I have the 4 door JK. I would imagine the 2 door would be a little easier.

It takes a few minutes more to put it back up/on... You have to be more careful refitting it. Like anything else, taking it apart is always easier than reassembling it.
In addition, if the temperature drops below 75 degrees, getting it to stretch will become a knuckle buster. Don't wait until it gets cold to put it back up, or you'll regret it immediately.
