GREAT thread and write-up!!! Thanks for helping the whole community with your experiences.
I am definitely more of an LS guy, however, the Hemi does appear to be very user friendly to DIY swap.

Lessons learned and other tips
1. DO NOT BUY THE RADIATOR FROM JSS you can get the exact same radiator from Summit Racing for $398 instead of $800 and a 3.5 month lead time. Summit part# SUM-380467.
2. Save the upper and lower isolators from your radiator before you sell it, you will need these for your new radiator.
3. Leave the power steering pump off until you have the AC lines attached to the compressor, after the motor is installed.
4. Cut top and distal end of passenger side motor mount off if you are doing truck Hemi. Helps with access to motor mount bolt.
5. Remove the pressure sensor and O-ring from the liquid AC line from your jeep, it will be installed on the JSS line that you get.
6. Make sure oil dipstick is as close to head as possible before putting motor, things get a little snug on drivers side.
Other stuff observed:
1. I installed my heater and AC lines to the fire wall after the motor was in and had no issues at all.
2. I installed dual battery box before motor and had no clearance issues.
3. Bolts for fan blade to clutch are 5/15"x18x1/2"
4. If you have a rubi the two relays that are in the battery area can be relocated in front of the new air filter by opening the loom and pulling the wire out.
note: I did not attach the air intake to the dual battery box before motor went in. I did however put the bolts in the holes for it in the battery box before I attached the TIPM mount.
