Default true tire size thread

Everyone knows that a lot of tire companies run small, so I thought it would be helpful to start a thread stating the true measured tire size for each tire model. I think the way we should break it down is :
1) Tire Brand and Model
2) Manufacturer's states size
3) True measured height

I know there will be a few variables such as rim width and tire pressure, but I think this will give everyone a good estimate of what they can expect when making a tire purchase.

He wants to know the measured height on the vehicle, not the mfg's spec.

yeah, sometimes I get the feeling that the guys from the company who make up the tire size, are the same guys who write in to Penthouse Forum. We need to immediately knock a few inches off their claim.

315/70-17 Mickey Thompson MTZ's
32 PSI
measured with stock bumpers, stock spare, hard top, 3/4 tank of gas
550' above sea level
about 65 degrees Fahrenheit
Flogging Molly CD in the player
17x 8 wheels

33.25"

for the sake of the comparisons, people should also post their PSI.
