Default Trying to repair front frame trackbar bracket, help

Can anyone point me at a solution to my bolt hole that is opened up, that would help. So far it seems like there are no replacement brackets other than stock. Need to get this back on the road...

Does this replace stock or go over stock? Was told that if stock is bad I have to repair it first.
