Default tuffy security deck question

Was planning on building a custom drawer/sub box.

I really like the tuffy security deck and wondered how many people are using it.

Anyone running subs underneath it??? Wondering about rattles... I have a 10w7

So any input is much needed

contemplating building drawer- then sub would be facing forward which i would rather not have.

Or just buying the deck

cheers!

I have a Tuffy Security Deck and love it. However, I removed the factory sub from the rear, this gave me a LOT more room and it's easier to get things in and out of the back of my Jeep.

I then bought a Bazooka 6" powered sub and placed it under my passenger seat, it fires into the passenger door.

This set up gave me MUCH better sound and MUCH more room in the back.

When I had the stock sub in e rear I did not have any rattle issues. the deck mounts very tight and uses plastic isolators to prevent rattles.

thanks for the responses! I am gonna keep my eye out for one, I would love to find one used. I am going to need to make a hole in the piece that goes behind the seats for my amp wires, I think this will actually make my sub sound better, might even dynomat the whole thing!!

Just bought one today. I saw one on a jeep last weekend and was really impressed.

These look pretty sharp. Do thay make these for a two door? I was looking at the storage under the driver's seat, but it looks a little small.

We love ours...did great in Moab even helped keep the rain out on the one night we had a down pour and our top was off...put a net to help hold things down and have a couple of anchors we are going to add to help keep things in place!

I can't tell from any of the pictures you guys posted. If I installed this, would I still be able to access the child safety seat LATCH mounting points?

The big question is, does it fit a 2011? Nothing seems to fit the new jeeps because of the new sub and plastic that wraps the cargo area.
