Check out the below thread, I was asking same questions. I can tell you the ARB won't fit underneath the deck.

Default Tuffy Security Deck

I don't own one (yet), but a friend of mine installed one while out in Moab and we were all very impressed with this product. No rattles even when wheeling 7/10 rated trails, and fitment was good.

Basically just reinforcing what others have already stated.

Not the best but here are a few pics of the top down with the security deck that I had on my Photobucket. The top sits only a few inches higher and isn't visible in my review mirror or anything...

What the heck, I just walked outside and shot this one in my driveway. This is the top down with a clover window roll on top of the folded top, so try to ignore the window roll...

The 2011 if different from the earlier years. It's not quite as secure, the nuts are exposed. With the top off, someone could be in this in seconds with a 1/2" ratcheting wrench.

Mine has begun to rattle. There is a short channel that two "pins" rides in on each side. The rubber on the pins is not quite big enough and the rear of the deck can move up and down causing an annoying rattle.

I jambed some cardboard in to stop the rattle until I can think of something else to fix this.

Mine pictured is a 2011 also and it doesn't rattle one bit. I have only had it installed for maybe 3 months but so far its been great. As far as security goes, yes if someone planned ahead and had tools they could break into it. But I think that is the case for any vehicle compartment. For deterring the casual passer by with prying eyes it does the job.
