Turbo blanket cured heat issue. Apparently, the turbine was heating the air under, but not anymore cuz the blanket sends the heat on down the line.

One small problem, took the wifie out last night and she said I need to get her a NASCAR head brace cuz she's worried about gettin whiplash when the boost comes in hard

Lol.. Do you have any worries of snapping an axle or drive shaft? Im considering this kit, but I am just thinkin of what should be toughened up a bit.

No, the axles and drive shafts are made to take more then this. The main concern when boosting an NA motor is the heads lifting, but Prodigy took care of that with the American Racing head studs. They make the motor bullet proof

Thanks for the heads up on where to get a cover. I just ordered one On E-bay. It's good to hear your seeing the difference from it.

Very nice! I know the bottom end of the 3.8 is pretty stout so Im not too concerned with that. Glad to hear you are having good results. I was skeptical of the turbo. Im looking forward to your future updates.

If he had a supercharger at least he could start off with me, but he would run outta power long before I hit redline, so he wouldn't even have a chance then either
