This is going to be an interesting one, subscribed. I've been wondering about a turbo setup as opposed to a supercharged one.

Things to consider to make this go smooth for you now and down the road... Wrap the exhaust side of the turbo completely, both the turbo and the manifold. I can't see the manifold they are using in the pics, but if there is even a slight chance of a plug wire contacting--wrap it 3x and use spark plug boots. Also consider high-temp plug wires. Using some type of adhesive for the intercooler piping/bends is helpful, they have some pretty aggressive angles there--I always found that was my weakest link when I ran an Evo. If you blow an IC connection off your going to have a bad day trying to fix along side the road! Also consider running wideband AFR and boost gauge.

Default Pics from unpacking

Last night I got it all unpacked and laid out. I may start this project Friday afternoon if I can get my new 12 psi tune back by then...

Default Axle Ratio

Prodigy requested my gearing for the new tune, but I have no idea what it is. I'll have to put it up on stands and turn it to see unless somebody out there can tell me if they have similer gearing to mine and what it is? In 6th gear (manual) at 60 mph I'm a solid 2000 RPM. Sound familiar?

It's gotta either be 3.21 or 3.73, right?

Stock internals but will have to remove the oem head studs and replace them with a set of bullet proof ARP studs...

Just remember when it's hot to go faster so the added wind can keep things cool
