So tonight as I'm trying to install yet another pair of CANBUS blocks that don't work for my LED headlights... I noticed my front passenger side turn marker light was lit up, but not my drivers side.

So naturally I check to see if they both blink, and they do.

Any ideas? I'm guessing since they both will still blink that it is not a fuse or a bulb, unless there is a separate fuse for switched on, which makes no sense.
