Tyre Pressure Light Won't Go Off
So, I went wheeling this weekend. Air down as usual, afterwards pumped them up again and all was well.. Then on the highway back the light came back on again.
So when I got home I pumped the tyres again and the light stayed on. The next day I was booked for a wheel alignment and wheel balancing. So while I was there I had the guys check out all my tyres and none have punctures or damage after the trail.
So any idea what it may be? It was a rocky trail, so maybe I damaged some of the wiring that monitors the tyres? I have no clue...
Any suggestions?
I'm going to the Jeep dealership this afternoon anyway to get a new licence plate bracket, maybe they'll know what's up. Besides, it's service time soon anyway

dont forget to check the air pressure of your spare, it may also have a sensor.
verify all tires have the right pressure according to ur tire tag in jeep(i think it is in the door frame but not sure at this time of night.)
sometimes after airing down and back up again u have to drive the jeep for up to 10 miles to reset the sensor, i have seen that happen a few times and driving it a while seems to fix the prob if pressures are correct in all five tires.
it is possible that one of the wireless wheel sensors did get damaged...im uncertain how to verify which one tho...

cold temps well set them off as well, due to ure tire being that much lower there very sensitive little deals and they sit hugging your tire by the tire stem so its very possible that a rock could have damaged one
i had this problem with mine after first RC trip.
it was on for like 3 months, brought it in for another issue and asked them to address tire light also. i thought a sensor was bad.
they had to reset system. no problems since. aired down the other day cause i got stuck in snow.. aired back up and light went off.
prob needs a reset that the dealer does.
u do need atleast 35 psi in the tires unless u have a programmer.

Same thing happened to me last year at Whipsaw trail run. I pumped them up to 35PSI....light went off. However, on my ride home it popped up again.
I tried filling up all 5 tires to 40 PSI to see if it would shut it off. No go. So, I deflated back to 32PSI and disconnected the battery for a few hours hooked it up....bingo light came off. But with the Superchips....I don't need to worry about it any longer!
