Default Unable to Decide on which Wheels

I'm in the process of purchasing a set of wheels for my 2012 Rubicon Unlimited. My Rubicon came with 17x9. Would I need to stick with 17x9? Would it be possible to move down to 16x8 wheels? I like the look of the following wheels in the pictures below. I think the blue Rubicon has the XD Hoss wheels? Could someone verify that for me?

I am purchasing the 2.5 Max Travel Pro lift kit from Rock Krawler and would like to run 35" Duratracs. I will be wheeling 3-4 times a month max so most of my driving will be Highway (Freeway So Cal).

Out of Pro Comp and XD, is there a "better" out of the two or is it just personal preference on how they look? I know the XD run a little more. I've reached out to some of the vendor sponsor's on this site for pricing on the Pro Comp 7031's but not the XD's yet since I'm not certain of the model/style. If time permits, I'll be checking out the SoCal Suds-n-Grub @ Noble Ale Works to see other Jeep's with their lifts, wheels and bumpers.

I have the OEM Rubicon wheels/tires with 200 miles on them. I will probably keep them but if I were to sell them, how much do they usually sell for?

Any opinion's would help. I'm having a hard time deciding since there are so many options.

Thanks in advance.

The OEM Rubi wheels are 7-1/2 inches wide. I would recommend staying with around 8-1/2 inches if you are going to run 12.5 wide tires as it will help keep the bead set while running aired down.

I just tried ordering some Pro Comp wheels and was told that they had a problem with them and they all were on backorder. So I went with XD Addict. Not my first choice or second or third. It was kinda my last choice but once they arrived I was surprised how much I liked them. From my experience with XD wheels they are built very good. I had them on my Duramax and now on my JK. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Like the ones in the first pic the best.
