Default Unknown "straps"

So I got my jeep back from the shop that was lifting it with a 3" BDS lift for 07 2dr, and behind the grille on either side are two flimsy looking straps, with a click in place buckle. Any idea what these are, and how the hell I use em???

Top, the link is on the right side but most have the bolt going in the other way to clear the tires better.

Default Good call

Good call on the upper being in backwards you probably saved him a few hundred in tire costs not to mention the issue of having a flat in a place that probably ain't flat to change it.

Even if there's plenty of clearance when will this become an issue? Just wondering
