Default Upgrade Brakes

I hit 50K on the odometer and it's probably time for some new brakes. When ever it's to to replace something, I prefer to upgrade from OEM. I was looking into EBC slotted rotors and "green stuff" pads. Anyone have any experience with these or any other brand I might wish to consider?

I used hawk LTS pads and they work great. My rotors were fine

I did that same set up on my ZJ. It's basically stock and it was a very nice improvement.

I put the Teraflex Big Brake Kit on my JK. HUGE improvement. I went with the slotted rotors. It's one of the best upgrades I've done.

If you're running 35's go with the Teraflex Big Brake kit.

We installed the TeraFlex big brake kit on my son's two door JK. Very noticeable improvement.

I just upgraded to the teraflex BBK on my 2013 JKUR with 37's and did NOT do the master cylinder upgrade. I did however upgrade to stainless lines, IMO the kit was worth every penny, once you bed the pads properly the BBK works night and day over stock, I highly recommend.

Has anyone taken any photos of the Teraflex big brake setup? And do you have to swap out rotors as part of it?
