I plan on also getting 37s once my 35s wear out. your plans look good...but here are a few considerations...I will most likely be getting RCV shafts- they are way stronger than stock and use a cv joint rather than the u joint...and i don't plan to sleeve right away i don't think- if i do, i would get the evo inner sleeves rather than the outer sleeves. i understand the inner sleeves to be stronger...everything else looks good!

Something I overlooked when I went to 37s - Where to carry that monster spare tire! I went the Or-Fab route . . Happy so far.

I think that I might have my slightly used 35 KM2s sold, so looking at 37s. I was just planning on putting on the 37s, trimming the pinch seams and calling that good. I have already replaced both front/rear drive shafts. What else has to be done for light wheeling? Also, looking to replace my stock fenders. Thanks.
