When you guys say "rub at full lock" do you mean turned ALL the way turned? Like for example, do you lose a quarter turn of steering wheel, an inch, ect. Lol I love the 2 doors turning radius

Mine only rubs like the last 1/2 inch of turn. Actually don't think I lose any turning radius, just have to remember not to turn the wheel that last little bit.

When I first got my jk, I had a 1-3/4 daystar leveling kit with 33x16.5/12.5. The only main problem I had was rub on the front bumper on turns and slight fender rub when off roading. I fixed that by adding a 1.25in rough country body lift and cutting the piece of bumper that would rub. I later added 1.25 inch aluminum wheel spacers on my stock steelies just for looks.

I have a stock 2012 Sport with 17" wheels (running 3.21 I'm assuming). I'm looking to upgrade to possibly 305/70R17 BFG KM2s (33.9" X12.2") or the duractracts 285/70/17 (32.8x 11.5), not set in stone tho.

My question is, can i fit either one of these with a 2"/1" leveling kit and 1.5" wheel spacers? I already blacked out the stock rims and i really like the look, so i'd like to keep them. Would I be able to run these without rubbing and having to cut fenders? I don't really beat it on the trail and do have a 30 mile commute everyday. Most the Jeep will probably see for now are Rausch greens (maybe some blues never been there. If i go with the 285's, can I get away with just the spacers?

Any input would be great, thanks guys!
