Default Upgrading tires

Am looking to upgrade my tires from 33 inch to 35 inch tires. Do I need to upgrade my stock pinion gears to run smoother. I got a 2010 Rubi that already has a 4 inch lift on it. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I see that you have 4.10s that should be okay unless you want more uuummmmppphhh then you should upgrade to 4.88s or 5.13s.

I don't use 5th or 6th gear too much due to the speed limit being 35 on island. I figured that I would have to change the pinion gears. I am looking to put a new long arm kit under it within the next year or two. I am trying to plan it out. Looking to possibly drop a hem in it if I can get everything at a reasonable price.

I am running 37's GY MTR w/K on 4.10's. This is also my DD and I drive about 125 miles a day, half of which are up hill on winding mountain roads. I almost never hit 6th, even on the freeway.

For me, I found performance was better with the 37's over the 35's because of where it put the shift points in the hills. I still plan on regearing, but the performance isn't horrible. I still get around 16-17 mpg too.
