Default Upper Control Arms causing DW?

Got a 08 4 door Sahara - put a 2.5" Teraflex coil lift on, still have stock tires/wheels. I started getting DW/shimmy at 75mph while hitting a bump. The outer edge of my tires on the front were worn pretty bad from the caster being off - the DW really didnt start untill I noticed the outside was wearing unevenly. I rotated tires and put on a new stering stabilizer and never had it again. Well this morning it happened to me 3 times - 1st @ 75, then around 65 and again around 60ish. I put on some adjustable LCA's but have not had it aligned yet but I did notice the outer edge of the tires are wearing unevenly suggesting my caster is still off. I went and inspected everything on the front end just now and everything is tight except the front control arms at the axle. I can see a little bit of play on the axle end when yanking on it and can see a small gap between the bushing and the axle mount. Is this more than likely my culprit? Everything is torqued down to specs as well.

Camber and toe will affect your tire wear along with bad ball joints, bad shocks.
Castor will not, unless you have one arm adjusted a good bit longer on one side vs the other, still it wouldn't be castor, it would be cause one side is uneven. Although, loose CA's can contribute to the prob . Have you put it on an alinement machine and got your specs.

Well I've never heard any metal clanking like that guys but its very loud and feels like the tires are bouncing like that. Dont have to come to a complete stop - can slow down to about 40 and it goes away.

Yeah I got that write up set as a favorite just havent done all of them yet. The last time this happened I did check all bolt holes and nothing was ovaled out and then everything was retorqued to specs. Could this be happening b/c of my tires being so $hitty? B/c the 1st time this happened to me I rotated the bad ones to the back and it went away. But now that the fronts are worn more its happening again - could the tires cause it?
