Default Using a spacer when not needed?

I'm getting MT Classic IIs and will no longer need my spacers, but I'm thinking of keeping them on. I like a wider stance but I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Does anybody use spacers even though they don't need em? I believe the backspacing on the Classic IIs is 4.75, plus another 1.5" spidertrax would put it at 3.25 essentially.

Your front hub & bearing may wear out pre-maturely because you changed the bending moment excessively. Keep an eye on it.

Thanks for your reply. I think I've decided to sell the spidertrax. Headed to the for sale forum....
