Valve stem solution!
I get a Bavauto catalog (BMW accessories, I used to have a 3 series) and they now have removable valve stems! They advertise these as a cosmetic accessory, but the application is obvious for off-roaders.
They basically replace the stem with a small recessed cap, when you want to air up or down you replace the cap with an extension.
Broken stems...thing of the past.
Set of 4 runs for $40
