Default vertical wheel vibration

I cant remember whether this was here before or after I installed my 2.5"RC lift, but at around 60mph, it feels like my tyres are slightly bouncing up and down in a vertical movement, The wheel doesn't shake like it normally would if it was balancing issues, but then again Ive never had balancing issues in a jeep before, only in cars.

If I slow down to say 55 or speed up to 65 it will go away, so its only around the 60 mark.

any ideas what it could be?

my jeep is going into the dealer tomorrow for a service, im going to tell them to re-balance the wheels anyhow and see if it makes any difference.

any feedback would be much appreciated.

edit: forgot to mention that it isnt violent, just noticable in the cabin, and starting to get on my nerves a little
