I had that a while back. My track bar needed a little adjustment and all is good now. I didn't have to adjust it much.

Same here- geometry was off-- track bar was bent. Start there..mine looked straight but was in fact bent slightly...

And I've heard it could be worn out bushings, loose steering bolts, stabilizer bar, etc.
