Warn Powerplant help
I was thinking the same thing. I didn't even both turning the Jeep on, I just fired it up wound the synthetic line and then inflated a tire that I purposely deflated to test it. Noisey but no issues.
Having been there last night with Clackey trying to get this darn thing going i thought i had to share what I saw. I wish I had a video camera, because after everything was installed, Clackey pulled out a little line, hooked up the controller with a big smile on his face similar to a kid a Christmas time, he pushed the button and...............NOTHING.
It looked like someone had just kicked Clackey in the groin because there was such a look of shock and disappointment on his face. It's like when you open that Christmas gift from a distant relative and your expecting something cool, but in reality it is tube socks yet again.
We got so desperate to get this thing going that we even called WOL at 10 o'clock with no success. Must have been sleeping.
Someone please help this man get his winch working so the sad look on his face will go away.

By the way it was Aaron's idea to call Eddie at 10pm. Not mine
For those that don't know Aaron and I, I'm kidding

Not yet. It was too late last night to do anything. My plan tonight is to check wiring as suggesed by Hundy to see if I can see where it's not getting power. If nothing than I'll see Eddie tomorrow. I'll try his controller. from there I'll call Warn. Most likely something stupid
Hopefully.
Hopefully.
My powerplant had issues at first. It turned out to be the contact box ( the controller plugged into), If I wiggled the plug, it would work.
Warn sent out a new one within a day, It was a simple easy fix. Try someone else's controller first.

When I hooked mine up, I hooked it up to the battery.. Turned on the Jeep (Didn't have my Optima installed at the time).. and it just worked.. I would call Warn and see if they could help you... It could be that damn Chinese controller....
