Warn rear bumper question

Can anyone tell me if the Warn rear bumper w/tire carrier will accomodate the factory hitch receiver? I've asked two shops, and received two different answers.

yes 100% it will

the bottom center of the rear bumper comes with a little raised portion specificaly designed for the factory hitch

I just installed the Warn Bumpers and used my factory hitch, no problem..
