TF did a recall to those they sold. So yes, all should be good. For comfort, call and talk to Gage. The ways to tell if it is the new style:

1 - the ends of the joint are like a mushroom, but flat on top

2 - the snap ring that holds the joint in the bar will be almost 360* instead of close to 270*

On a side note, I had an issue with mine. The jam nut came loose and buggered up the threads real bad. Called TF and they had me go to the nearest reseller and they replaced it at no charge. The guys at TF really are good guys. They said they believe the jam nut probably wasn't tightened properly when installed, and that called the damage and subsequent loosening ... but they fixed it anyway.

It was mostly a change with the bushings. TeraFlex has not shipped out any Trackbars with bad bushings in 6 months. So yes everything shipping out is good to go. TeraFlex can not control what our dealers have in stock. So yes someone could still get a trackbar with bad bushing if it's old enogh. If anyone needs a bushing kit make sure to ask for the install kit also. We sometimes overlook sending those out. Sorry about that to any that didn't get one. There is a updated front trackbar coming out this week. It's just a standard trackbar with a added brace to it. FYI I replaced Nathan, Doc is still here.

Default TeraFlex Customer Service is top notice

TeraFlex stands behind their product 100% and their customer service is excellent.

They addressed and fixed this issue faster than I could take mine apart to check. If you crossed them off your list because of this you might want to rethink it and add them back on. I beat my TeraFlex lift pretty good and it has not let me down.

Now if they would just remove all the trees around here I would have one less thing to worry about.

My bushings died on my Teraflex trackbar. I called them, they sent me a kit pronto. I installed it and it's worked perfectly. TF is a really easy company to get along with, they take care of their customers as far as I'm concerned (this was months ago, and they shipped me the new style with the flanged ball and the circular snaps).

Seth.
