If using the budget boost is going to cost much more than a couple hundred bucks then I will just wait and get the Ultimate kit. What do those Skyjacker parts cost? So there is no "out of the box" Terra Flex Budget Boost that will work on the Rubicon? Please confirm this so I can cancel my order today. The kit with the brackets won't work?

Hey BadJK,

Are you running the shock extenders? Stock shocks? Stock shocks without extenders, may be enough to prevent over-extension of the sway bar??? I'll try to put my JK up on a jack this afternoon.

Thanks for the note on this.

I guess I've been lucky but my rubicon with TF BB has had no problems with this so far and I've had my suspension maxed out quite a bit. Maybe its time to get the skyjacker rear links and put the stock rears in the front just for the peace of mind. Its only $50...

Wow, in all honesty, this is the first time I've heard of this problem. Certainly, I never experienced it when I had this lift on my JK (and I wheeled it hard) but in all fairness, keeping the short links was always a concern of mine. In the end, if you have a Rubicon and intend to keep this lift on for the long haul, I think longer front links are definitely the way to go.

EDIT: Hey 1BADJK, just out of curiosity, are you running new/longer shocks with this lift or are you running the shock extenders that came with the kit?

I posted this problem back on May 5th. I noticed it immediately when I put the BB on & dropped the front end down off of the jack, they flexed/folded the wrong direction immediately.

Right, but did you have your shocks installed at the time and if you did, are you running new/longer shocks or are you using shock extensions?

I have the Teraflex shock extensions with the stock Rubi shocks, all put on at the time of the lift install.
