FYI: I went to a local auto parts store and was looking for a drop-in K & N air filter. Since the JK is not listed (and I am so damn smart), I looked up the size for a Chrysler Town and Country with the 3.8L and grabbed the filter. (The filter size is the same in my old 05 Nissan Altima 3.5L and my 06 Nissan Murano 3.5L). Before I paid for the new one, I pulled the stock filter, the JK filter was an odd shape (rectangle with a point), the T&C filter was rectangular. Not even close! Just saving time for anyone trying to be "cheap and smart" like me.
