Default Weird tire problem

I have 35" Mud Terrains with about 13,000 miles on the set. I noticed recently they've been unusually noisy, so I checked the tread and found that the lugs are wearing funny, but only on the fronts. Note illustration. I'm not Van Gogh or anything, but I think it gets the point across. The rears are perfect, totally even wear.

I pump all four tires pretty high, around 35 psi, for better mileage. Could this be an alignment problem? There is no discernible difference between the inner and outer edges, the sawtooth pattern seems quite symmetric. Any thoughts?

It's PROBABLY from not being rotated frequently enough. I'd be interested to see the actual tread from straight in front. The more aggressive the tread pattern, the closer the rotations should be.

Then I am probably an idiot, this Jeep being the first set of big tires I've ever owned - I've never rotated them. Can I switch the left & the right, to reverse out this problem? Can this type of tire be rotated in that way, or should I stick with front to back?

I'd do frt to back and let some air outta those tires so they run evenly on tread
28psi in frt, 26 psi in rear is what I run. 25,000 miles, rotated every 3000-6000 miles. They are all perfectly even. A Cooper tire guy told me to rotate at least every 6000 and they would wear good and longer, he was right. Will probably get 35,000 miles outta them.

It's due to lack of rotation. Same happened to me years ago on my first set of aggressive tires. Rotate from front to rear. They will even out after some miles. Try to rotate the tires @ 3-4K miles.

I wish they still made , if they do, I can't find them, Gateway Gumbo Monster Mudders. Had a set of 35x14.50x15 on my CJ--5 for 7yrs and I bought them used! Never once rotated them and could walk through any mudhole a ford or chevy with 40's had to spin their ass of to get through. They were noisy as hell, but they kicked ass

I rotate mine every 5,000 miles. I have 13,000 on them and they are still looking pretty good. I run 35x12.50 Cooper STT.

rotate - rotate - rotate

gee-wiz man, rotate, at the very least, every other oil change.

(That was very hard not to be ugly)
