That should work.

Regarding C gussets, I'd do them sooner rather than later also. Cheap insurance.

I've been living with 3.73 gears on my manual 3.8 with 35's for almost a year. It's tolerable, at least here in flatland Florida but driving in any terrain, it's painful. Might want to start saving up for a regear. Santa is bring me 4.88 gears this year.

Looks like you are off to a good start. I would take a few short shake down runs and then re-torque the bolts before heading out on any long trails.

Are upper and lower required? I'm looking at the TF front knuckle gussets which is just Upper.

I did my rock krawler mostly by myself and had the girlfriend help with the jack sometimes. It can be done alone but having someone hand you tools help. Also need some help with the wheel spacers at least someone to put their foot on the breaks. I would say get a alignment done to make sure everything is set up right.

Sounds like you are well on your way. But, you didn't mention any of the important stuff, like CB radio, highlift, winch, straps, d-rings. tools. spares, etc. You may already have this stuff ready to go. In that case, have fun wheeling.
