Im liking the way this river raider setup is. It relocates protects and gives you access for an airtank all while using the factory bolt holes. Id love to see a write up or at least theinstructions for instalation.

Or do they just refuse to perform particular work? It that is the case, perhaps the specifics of your friend's work not being performed is justified--perhaps they mucked something up and the dealer had every right to not perform the repair work. A good example (because this really happens on rare occasion): If the fuel cap light on their vehicle keeps coming on, it could very well be the fault of the modification. The dealer would have every right to refuse to perform, under warranty, work on the electrical and fuel system relative to effecting that repair.[/QUOTE]

I am very surprised . I made the Evap relocation, like Woods style then a few days later the gascap signal started to appear and one or two days later the check-engine signal started to appear too. The vehicle works well without issue.

I talked with my dealer about the problem and they said it is necessary I left my vehicle there 2-3 days in order to verify it, they do not know about the modification yet.

I erase signals resetting the computer by disconnecting the negative pole battery for ten minutes. Do you know how can I really fix the problem?

Thanks

There have been a few folks who've experienced this, and there is a thread or two here on JK-Forum about that. There is a gasket on one of the connections to the evap canister (at a white elbow, IIRC) that has a gasket that is easily misaligned. Disconnect that and reconnect it, being very careful to properly seat that gasket.

Here are a few picture of the River Raider set up. I think that it should work well.

Last weekend I verified the gasket in the evap canister, effectively it was misaligned, I fixed that and had been driven without any troubles and signal of Gas cap and Check-engine not come on again.

Thanks Mark
