Driver side of the body leaning to the left?

Passenger front tire off center?

This was taken this morning on a flat surface. I picked it up last night, steering wheel can turn one half revolution
and the wheels dont respond.

Just looking for suggestions to fix. Everything excepted!!

Take measurements from the fenders to the ground. Doesn't look quite right.

Assuming the Jeep was acting totally normal before you brought it in? If so, I agree with previous poster, take it back. But my question is is that ground really level. Looks like the terrain on the passenger side is higher than terrain on drivers side, which makes it difficult to really know if you're listing a little.

@GMAN...6' ISH LIFT...GREAT IDEA TO MEASURE FROM GROUND TO FENDER....AND ON A TRUE FLAT SURFACE.

WHAT ABOUT THE STEERING WHEEL BEING UNRESPONSIVE? I CAN TURN IT HALF WAY AROUND AND THE WHEELS DONT TRUN?

It's hard to tell from the pictures if it's leaning. Most likely the ground is uneven. You could measure how much your shocks are extended on both sides, then repark your Jeep facing forward in the same spot, then recheck and compare both measurements. That should give you an idea if it's leaning or not. I know my passenger side is leaning a bit, which seems to be common with JK's. It is also not a straight on shot. You are standing a bit to the right of center. Hard to tell if your axle is off center. You need to measure it with a ruler to verify.

As for your wheels not turning with steering wheel, you need to readjust the steering box to make it more responsive. But why was the shop screwing with the steering box? Or was it like this before?
