What happened?

I just added a new bumper and winch. I took it out for it's madein voyage and between the speed of 45-55 mph I now have a bad shimmy. It did not do this before the install. What the heck has happened. The wheels have been recently balanced because i just rotated them. Has this happened to anyone else.

did you make sure all the bolts were tightened.. it could just be the bumper/winch shaking because it's loose?
