Sorry, I should have been more clear. This is what I meant. Custom shift points would require a more sophisticated programmer as CJ7nvrstk suggests.

My main issue was, why I was only getting 16 mpg on the hwy when the 3.21 gear was suppose to be so much better for milage. Then I realized my odometer was off, making the computer and my manual calculations off. Now I'm showing about 19mpg on the hwy. I am loving the smoother shifting.

Having OCD and a Wrangler is a dangerous combination.

Hand calculate your mileage now that you have the speedo set properly. See if your commuter is correct it not.

True. What it does do is correct the false shift points caused by the RPM's changing due to the incorrect tire sizes. The transmission shift points are based off of the RPM's and of course the incorrect tire size will give a false RPM indication.
