Can't tell from the photos what lift you have, but those are Fox reservoir shocks. Top quality!

given the Fox shock is stampled with that Mopar label, I have to guess that is one of the Mopar lifts.

I too just bought a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a lift. I googled the height dimensions of a basic jeep, the height is 72.6 inches. I then went out and measured the heights of my new jeep and determined that it is about 75” so I have a 3” lift.

that is not necessarily a correct assumption. depending on mods, jeeps will all sit differently on various springs. the one thing that is almost always true is that you net a bit more lift than the state number for the coils. if you measure and compare to factory, you are looking at the actual netted lift, which is different than saying "i have a ____ inch lift on it". some folks can put a 2.5" lift on and easily net 3.5" of actual lift on a light jeep, for example.
